I have often been asked to describe myself, but I couldn't, so I don't try anymore. In the past, I had six different jobs and learned everything I could. Today, I am a little bit of everything.
I currently work as a cook, chef, and photographer (or all together, I am a storyteller). I love this mix of arts because it always makes me dream, lets me dance to my own rhythm. For me, cooking is like life. You only learn when you make mistakes. I learned step by step what it means... gastronomy, vision, numbers, systematics, food safety, emotional intelligence, discipline, sustained work, and perspective. Kitchens are like beautiful stories, but few people know that kitchens are not a friendly place to be. Only the fittest survive and the strongest advance. It's difficult, but it's a place you love or will learn to love.
You need to feel... if cooking is what you love, do it with excellence. When I see happy and satisfied customers, it means happiness to me. I appreciate all flavors... I know that great dishes are those that make great memories. That's why I consider myself a storyteller. After all, I love these stories.
In professional kitchens, success begins when you understand the 3 F's rule ( "Be Firm, Be Fair, and Be Friendly"). It is very important if you do this job. Be Firm, Fair, and Friendly with your colleagues, customers, and yourself.

Perfection does not exist, but I am always striving to create a perfectible moment, because ultimately... every moment tells a story that is a chapter of my day.
There are few recipes and few secrets. There is imagination and creativity, the two essential ingredients in the kitchen. Cook with joy and food will always be joy!
